The International Body Psychotherapy Journal (IBPJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published in collaboration between EABP and USABP. All issues are freely available as downloadable PDFs through the Journal’s digital archive, ensuring global accessibility to its content.

The Journal’s mission is to support, promote, and inspire the exchange of ideas, scholarship, and research within the field of body psychotherapy. It also fosters meaningful interdisciplinary dialogue, encouraging collaboration with related fields of clinical theory and practice through ongoing discussion.

The Founding Editor is Jacqueline A. Carleton, PhD (USA). The current editorial team brings together body psychotherapists from across Europe and the United States, reflecting a diverse and international perspective within the field.

The “Archiv für Körperpsychotherapie” is an independant bibliographical project in Body Psychotherapy of the German psychologist Peter Freudl. Here you can find a publication list of Biodynamic Psychology (Gerda Boyesen and her family) plus a glossary and introductory texts. Also you can find an extensive bibliographical analysis of the so far 45 volumes of the Journal “Energy & Character” (plus “Energie & Charakter”) that include nearly 1000 texts on BP that have been published by David Boadella et al. since 1970.
